About Ways2Well

Ways2Well is a preventive-medicine company started in 2018 by Brigham Buhler, a Houston native who also owns the compounding pharmacy Revive Rx. Most of the business is telehealth: a $599 annual membership covering two blood panels across 100-plus biomarkers, clinician reviews, and prescriptions, peptides or supplements shipped to the patient, with providers licensed in 45 states. The in-person side is two Texas clinics, the Longevity Lab on Bee Caves Road in Austin and a Houston clinic on North Main that opened in May 2026. Cell therapy happens in those two clinics. Ways2Well does not send patients abroad for it, and its own FAQ draws a line between what it does and what offshore clinics do: US rules bar culturing or expanding the cells, so the material is given close to the form it arrives in. That material is donated perinatal tissue, amniotic fluid, placenta and umbilical cord, collected at pre-planned live-birth C-sections from screened US donors and processed by CLIA-certified partner labs. A clinician administers it as a site-specific injection, an IV infusion, or a nebulized dose, with ultrasound or fluoroscopy guiding injections where that helps. The Austin lab surrounds the cell work with other equipment: hyperbaric oxygen, ozone sauna and EBOO, red light, plasmapheresis, DEXA and VO2 max testing, a qEEG brain scan. There is also a three-day Austin package called Immersion that bundles hotel, meals, ground transport and up to four treatments. A newer IV option, Dezawa MuseCell, is listed starting at $5,900. None of this is FDA-approved. Ways2Well says as much in its own site disclaimer, describing some of its treatments as experimental or alternative. The practice takes no insurance, accepts HSA and FSA, and quotes cell therapy after a phone consult.
